Employee was checking around the crushing plant, when he got some dust and dirt in his right eye. The next morning it was swollen shut and extremely painful. He went to work and his supervisor told him to rinse with saline solution and to stay inside. His supervisor also put a patch over it.

We can find no evidence to support employee's claim that he sustained a work-related injury. We have statements from other employees and supervisors stating that at no time did they see or hear employee say he strained his back.
