Working on screen deck at plant and pinched pointer finger on left hand and declined medical treatment at that time. on 10/14/04, came to office and stated that he wanted to go see a dr to make sure nothing was broken, so sent him to immediate care. dr report was possible hairline fracture and would follow up with a visit on 11-4-04. returned to work with no time lost.
