THE TAILGATE OF A CONTACT DUMP TRUCK WAS HANGING SLIGHTELY OPEN. EE GRABBED THE TAILGATE TO SWING IT SHUT AND CAUGHT THE TIP OF HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE TAILGATE AND TRUCK BED HE JERKED HIS FING ER OUT CAUSING A LACERATION ON THE FINGER TIP THE FINGER TIP THAT REQUIRED STITCHES. NO APPARENT IMPAIRMENT HAS RESULTED THIS FAR.
