HE WAS ADJUSTIN1 CHLORINE FLOW IN CHLORINATOR. IF CHLORINE FLOW IS ADJUSTED TOO HIGH, THERE IS A RELEASE OF CHLORINE GASS INTO ATMOSPHERE AND GAS WAS INHALED BY EMPLOYEE.

I.NAME WAS ADJU8TING THE CHLORINATOR WHEN A VALVE LEAK DEVELOPED. HE WAS WEARING A CHLORINE MASK BUT BECAUSE OF AM IMPROPER SEAL OF THE MASK HE INHALED SOME CHLORINE GAS. HE LEFT THE AREA & W AS LATER SENT T2 THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS HELD FOR OBSERVATION FOR 2 NIGHTS.
