Mobile crane was stranded in the road due to hydraulic hose leak - while attempting to fix, employee strained his shoulder because of the awkward position/location of hose. He strained his right shoulder attempting to remove hose and further aggravated it putting hose back on. Originally first aid only - 6-1-06 recordable.

EE FINISHED A TASK WHERE HE HAD PERSPIRED HEAVILY. HE WENT TO LUNCH IN AN AIR CONDITIONED ROOM AND HE APPARENTLY CAUGHT A CHILL DURING THAT TIME. WHEN HE WENT BACK TO WORK, HE EXPERIENCED CRAM PING IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE CANNOT RECALL AN INCIDENT WHERE HE LIFTED, BENT ETC THAT HURT HIMSELF.
