Showing all 4RAM employee was in a feed chute relining it. EE was standing on a belt that was on a slight incline with dust and gravel, they tried to keep it clear but every liner removed would dump dust. While lifting a 80lb liner into place EE's left foot slipped putting strain on EE's left knee.
