EE WAS TIED OFF TO LANYARD CABLE AS HE LOADED A RAILCAR. RAILCAR WAS MOVED AND EE WAS PULLED OFF CAR BY HIS HARNESS. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RELEASE HIS LANYARD CABLE HIS LEFT THUMB WAS CAUGHT UND ER THE HOOK AGAINST THE CABLE TEARING SKIN ON HIS THUMB.
