WHILE PULLING MAIN PULLIES FROM GEAR BOX ON NEW STACKING CONVEYOR IN ORDER TO CHANGE MOUNTING BRACKETS ON TAKE UP SCREW, OPERATOR LIFTED W/OUT ASSISTANCE (EITHER MECHANICAL OR PERSONNELL) AND NOTIFIED STRAINED MUSCLES LATER. NOT REPORTED TO OFFICE UNTIL 9/25/00.
