The employee was assisting the crushing and screening plant operator with a screen change. As employee was lifting one of the screens to replace it, employee felt a "pull" in shoulder, causing pain.

Injured employee was assisting with changing screens with another employee at the wash plant. In the process, the employee caught EE's finger on the sharp edge of the screen. EE's finger was lacerated and required 7 stitches. No lost time.

The miner had asked for assistance with lifting a large chunk of concrete out of a cone crusher, but the loader operator they were working with was busy, so the miner decided to lift it out themselves. Back strain. Lost time accident as of 10/08/2019.

The employee was assisting with cleaning up spilled anhydrous lime around the crushing and screening plant. During the course of this process, the anhydrous lime came into contact with the employee's wet skin, causing 1st degree burns. Lost time as of 8/6/2019.

The employee was adjusting a spring on a screen. While trying to get it into position the spring shifted cutting off the tip of his thumb between the spring and the cup. He was taken by us to hosiptal where they looked it over and wrapped it and said it will heal on its own, no stitches required.
