The employee was assisting the crushing and screening plant operator with a screen change. As employee was lifting one of the screens to replace it, employee felt a "pull" in shoulder, causing pain.
Injured employee was assisting with changing screens with another employee at the wash plant. In the process, the employee caught EE's finger on the sharp edge of the screen. EE's finger was lacerated and required 7 stitches. No lost time.

The injured employee and another employee were pulling wire and dismantling a crushing unit. While pulling wire, the employee felt a jolt of pain in shoulder.
The injured employee and another employee were manually moving a screen. The non-injured employee dropped the end of the screen, causing the screen to fall and squish the injured employee's finger.

The injured employee and another employee were moving a large piece of plate steel. The injured employee dropped their end and the plate steel struck their leg and landed on their foot.

Employee was preparing to top off the radiator of a 980 loader. When the employee unlatched the hood, the latch crushed a rock and the debris flew into the employee's eyes.
The employee was adjusting a spring on a screen. While trying to get it into position the spring shifted cutting off the tip of his thumb between the spring and the cup. He was taken by us to hosiptal where they looked it over and wrapped it and said it will heal on its own, no stitches required.
