Showing all 6A miner was lifting part of a cut up 55-gallon metal drum used as an oil catch from the ground to place it in the back of a service truck. After the shift ended, the miner notified EE's supervisor that EE had hurt EE's arm while lifting the oil catch earlier that day.
Miner exited EE's haul truck after dumping into jaw box to manually move a rock that had fallen in front of EE's rear tire. EE strained EE's lower back and right leg.
Employee was detaching trailer from truck. When the trailer hitch disconnected from truck ball the trailer shifted forward, pinning the employee's right foot to the truck's bumper.
