Individual sustained fractured left fibula and injured right shoulder after being knocked off a barge into the river. Coworkers state the individual was hit by a cable on the left leg, which knocked EE down into the water between two barges.

Employee was adjusting chain on drag line and cut the tip of his left index finger.

Employee was cutting cable on a drag line. When the cable was cut, it began spinning and caught one of the fingers of his glove. Finger was severely dislocated and cut.

Employee was lifting barrel into a truck, felt burning pain in abdomen/hernia.

Employee was pulling on conveyor belt and ruptured tendon in arm.

*****reported 4/17/12*****packing bags, boxes, & buckets up steep hill, strained groin.

While pulling a pole out of a drilled hole that collasped with rock, he felt a burning sensation in the groin area.
