EE got out of the haul truck to move a rock from the roadway. The rock was estimated after the fact to be around 100 lbs. EE threw the stone and felt a pop causing pain in EE's right shoulder and hand. EE was placed in an immobilizing sling.

Showing all 23EE was changing a screen panel on the scalping screen, when EE pulled the panel out, EE heard a pop. EE was taken to after-hours where EE was then referred to the hospital with a torn left bicep and dislocated left shoulder which was later verified via MRI.
