The worker reported that he was having back pain on 6/9. He took the next couple days off to look into a doctor. He then got an MRI and I was given a diagnosis from his doctor on 7/7. He has Lumbar Disease (swollen lumbar in his lower back) from overuse.

THE INJURED WAS ON ONE END OF A STONE THAT HE & ANOTHER EE WERE LOADING INTO A CAGED PALLET. HE TWISTED AS THEY SET IT DOWN AND THIS PUT THE STRAIN ON HIS BACK THAT CAUSED THE INJURY. HE WAS A BLE TO WORK THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY AND VISITED THE CHIROPRACTOR AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE DAY.
