Employee was loosening a tension spring on the jaw crusher. He started taking the nut off with his hand when the tension slipped which smashed his right ring finger between the spring and nut. He jerked and pinched the tip of the finger off.

Co-worker was lifting plate to put back in jaw. They thought a weld was cracked so he set it back down. The weld broke & EE's foot was caught. EE pulled it out. 911 called & came - took him to hospital with right mid-foot compound fracture tear.
