DRIVER HAD JUST LOADED TRUCK AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE DOORS TO THE LOADING SHOOT. ROCK WAS JARRED LOOSE FROM ABOVE HIS HEAD AND STRUCK HIM ABOVE HIS LEFT EAR.
