HE REACHED OUT AT THE END OF FEED-ER AT THE TOP AND THE PLASTIC WHICH EXTENDED OUT ABOUT 15" BUCKLED DOWN AND DUMPED HIM TO THE GROUND FALLING APPROX. 7'.
