Employee normally wears a brace around his waist but on this particular afternoon he did not have his brace on. Said he had left it at home. Hurt his lower back.

WAS DOING MAINTENANCE WORK, CHANGING SCREENS ON SHAKER SCREEN. PICKED UP SCREEN TO SLIDE OVER AND PULLED LOWER BACK.
EE WAS WORKING ON FEEDER AND ANBOTHER EE CAME INTO THE FEEDER ACCIDENTALLY PUSHING A ROCK WITH HIS FOOT THAT FELL ON EE AND HT HIM IN THE HIP.
