EE WAS WALKING UNDER A CONVEYOR WHEN A LOOSE END OF HIS BANDANA WAS CAUGHT IN A PULLY AND HIS HEAD WAS PULLED BACK. THE BANDANA WAS WORN UNDER HIS CAP AND APPRENTLY WAS NOT TUCKED IN PROPERLY. THE PULLING ON THE BANDANA RESULTED IN A SORE NECK.
