DOZER OEPRATOR AT SITE WAS NEAR END OF SITE. HE CLIMBED DOWN FROM DOZER AND BEGAN TO CLEAN THE MUDDY TRACKS WITH HIS SHOVEL. WHILE CLEANING TRACKS HE TURNED AND PULLED MUSCLES IN LOWER BACK.
