THE INJURED WAS SAMPLING COAL WHEN HE TWISTED WAAY FROM THE MOVING CONVEYOR BELT.HE DROPPED THE SHOVEL WITH THE COAL SAMPLE AND SOMETHING POPPED.HE COULD NOT STAND STRAIGHT.
