HE IS A SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR AND HE TRIED TO MOVE A ROCK THAT WAS LAYING BESIDE HIS HAULWAY AND HURT HIS BACK. I TALKED TO EMPLOYEE THAT MORNING AND HE SAID HE WAS STILL HAVING TROUBLE OUT OF HIS KIDNEYS.

I NAME HAD WENT TO THE SUPPLY HOLE TO GET THE GREASED AND OIL BUCKETS TO SERVICE THE MINER HE WAS LOADING THEN IN THE SCOOP BUCKET HE TWISTED AROUND TO PICK UP THE GREASE BUCKET AND EXPERIENCE A SHARP PAIN IN THE LOWER BACK.
