EMPLOYEE PERFORMING REPAIRS TO 155 KOMATSU DOZER TO INSTALL BOTTOM ROCK GUARD. GUARD FAILED TO ALIGN PROPERLY. EMPLOYEE USED RIGHT HAND TO ALIGN GUARD. GUARD MOVED AND CAUGHT EMPLOYEE'S THUMB AND INDEX FINGER OF RIGHT HAND BETWEEN GUARD AND DOZER REQUIRING 11 STITCHES TO SAID FINGERS.
