INJURED WAS SHOVELING COAL FROM A COAL TRUCK WHEN HE FELT SOMETHING POP IN HIS LOWER BACK. DOCTORS EXAMINATION AND DIAGNOSIS WAS A DISLOCATED ISU DISC IN THE LOWER BACK. THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT DUE TO MINERS EFFICIENCY, SKILLS AND TRAINING.
