EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING FUEL IN THE FUEL TRUCK. WHEN HE FINISHED, HE WAS COMING OFF OF TRUCK BY WAY OF LADDER. HE GOT TO THE BOTTOM STEP AND HAD TO SWING HIS BODY AROUND TO GET OFF CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS BACK.
