EMPLOYEE WAS ON3A LEVEL APPROX. 20' BELOW THE MINE'S ENTRANCE, INSTALLING COAL CHUTE. A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON WAS TOSSED DOWN TO HIM BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. THE ANGLE IRON HIT A ROCK AND BOUNCED OF F THE ROCK AND 0LEW UP INTO THE AIR AND HIT HIM ON HIS LEFT FOREARM.
