I NAME INJURED INDEX FINGER WHILE REPLACING RAM JACK

INJURED WAS WORKING IN THE WEST MAINS SECTION 2 BREAKS OUTBY THE FACE. HE WAS THROWING CRIB BLOCKS INTO THE CROSSCUT TO BE PICKED UP BY OTHER MEMBERS OF THE CREW. WHILE SWINGING A CRIB BLOCK HE CAUGHT THE INDEX FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND BETWEEN THE CRIB BLOCK AND A STANDING TIMBER, INJURING THE INDEX FINGER.

THE INJURED WAS3BUILDING A STOPPING OUTBY THE 1 MAINS SECTION.HE PLACED A BLOCK IN THE STOPPING-FOR SOME REASON THE BLOCK FELL OUT OF STOPPING THUS STRIKING HIM ON HIS LITTLE FINGER.
