INJURED STATED TO ME THAT HE WAS LOADING ROCKDUST ONTO THE TOP OF AN S&S 482 SCOOP WHEN HE INJURED HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. HE STATED THAT HE WAS POSITIONED ON HIS KNEES AND TWISTED AROUND CAUSING THE INJURY. HE DID NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH ANYTHING.
