ON MOUNTAIN TOP REMOVAL, STOCKTON COAL PIT. I.NEAME AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE LIFTING A ROCK GUARD INTO PLACE UNDER A D9H DOZER. WHEN HE APPARENTLY STRAINED HIS BACK. EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT A CCIDENT TO EMPLOYER. HE WORKED 3 DAYS AFTER INJURY. THE FIRST KNOWLEDGE COMPANY HAD OF INJURY WAS WHEN DOCTORS OFFICE CALLED ON JAN. 12, 1989.
