EE was removing metal Turbine (fan) from box at warehouse when he knocked the fan over. When he reached to grab the fan to keep it from hitting the floor he cut the outside of his little finger on his left hand.
EE was picking up wheel and rim to put into back of vehicle, when he hurt his right arm.
Pulling grease hose off reel through door at rear of service truck, handle got caught on door, depressed lever and grease was injected into left hand between middle and ring finger.
Technician strained shoulder while installing top center pin on a 992G.
Employee was carring a roll of skirt rubber down into the clean coal tunnel. When he got to his work station, he threw the roll down and a piece of metal that was holding material together cut the palm of his left hand.
An EE raised up and got the metal handle into the bottom return roller on #1 clean coal belt and it whipped around and hit injured EE who was standing about 6 feet from him, he had lacerations over both eyes, which required stitches.
Deck screen fell off and onto the left foot pinning it to the floor.
