EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS LIFTING ON A TRAILOR FOR A 270 TRACTOR AND STRAINED HIS BACK. EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT THIS ACCIDENT UNTIL 11-15-93 AND ALSO STATED THAT THIS WAS ALL HE COULD THINK OF THAT CAUSED INJURY.
