EMPL DID NOT RETURN BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE LIGHT DUTY WORK. HE WAS OFF FROM WORK FROM 7/31 THRU 8/2 HE WENT ON VACATION ON 8/3. HE ONLY MISSED 3 DAYS OF WORK.
EMPLOYEE STATES HE WAS STACKING STRAW IN AN ENCLOSED TRAILER AND HE WAS HAVING TO STACK A LOT OF IT OVER HIS HEAD AND THE STRAW HAD BEEN WATER SOAKED AND IT MADE THE STRAW HEAVIER THAN NORMAL, THEREFORE STRAINING HIMSELF.
