Employee was helping the miner change places. He was lifting the miner cable and placing it against the rib out of the haulway when he hurt his shoulder and arm. He didn't miss any work until December 21, 2004 when he went to see the doctor.

EE WAS REMOVING A 14-1CM MINER TO SURFACE WHILE HE WAS PUTTING HYDRAULIC OIL IN IT AT SPAD 234 UNDERGROUND HE MASHED HIS MIDDLE AND 3RD FINGER ON THE RIGHT HAND. HE WENT TO ER & DR REMOVED HIS NAIL ON THE MIDDLE FONGER AND PUT 5 STITCHES INHIS 4TH FINGER HE WAS RELEASED AND SENT HOME.
