EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING THE CAP ON AN ANGLE BRACE ON THE BLADE OF A D10 DOZER. THE OPERATOR OF THE DOZER WAS MOVING THE BLADE TO POSITION THE BRACE CLOSER TO CAP. WHILE ALIGNING THE CAP THE EMP LOYEES HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN CAP AND PUSH ARM.
