EMPLOYEE STRAINED HIS LOWER BACK WHILE LIFTING & PULLING THE MINER CABLE ON 12-6-91. HE WAS OFF ONE DAY & RETURNED TO WORK ON 12-9-91. HE WAS OFF WORK AGAIN ON 1-13-92. THIS IS A REOCCURRANCE OF THE SAME INJURY WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED.
