EE WAS SHOVELING ON THE NO.4 BELT LINE OF THE 004 SECTION. WHEN HE SAID HE STRAINED HIS BACK MOVING A ROLLER AND SHOVELING ON THE NO.4 BELT HE TOLD ME THE DOC SAID HE HAD A LIGHT STRAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. DR GAV EHIM 3 DAYS THERAPY AND RETURN TO WORK ON 1-13-95.
