EE WAS PLACING 8"X 9'3" STEEL BEAMS FOR ALIGNMENT ON INBEDS AT A CRUSHER FACILITY. HE WAS IN A SQUATTING POSITION & WHILE MOVING ONE OF THE BEAMS, HE FELT A PULLING SENSATION IN HIS RIGHT KNEE.
