A MECHANIC WAS PULLING THE WINCH LINE OF THE D-7 DOZER. THE CABLE SLID THROUGH HIS HAND AND A LOOSE WIRE CUT THE PALM OF HIS RIGHT HAND. THE RESULTING INJURY REQUIRED 6 STITCHES.
