THE VICTIM & 3 OTHER MEN WERE ATTEMPTING TO SHOVE A PALLET OF BELT STRUCTURE OFF OF A FLAT BED TRUCK. WHEN THE PALLET TIPPED OVER THE EDGE, A PIECE OF THE STRUCTURE CAUGHT THE VICTIMS COAT & P ULLED HIM OFF WITH IT. HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT ARM
THE VICTIM WAS TRYING TO PULL A 35 LB. BUCKET OF MINE SEALANT OUT OF THE MUD. HE SAID HE STRAINED HIS BACK. NO WITNESS!
