I.E. and another employee were attempting to chain up a drive shaft on a haul truck to be able to pull the down equipment out of the way. While holding the driveshaft up, the weight shifted and the driveshaft fell on the I.E.'s left hand bending back their wrist causing a fracture.
I.E. was helping hang 2" air and discharge line. As they reached up to hang the pipe from the roof, they felt a pop in their left calf. Doctor's restrictions took the I.E. off on 3-12-2025.

I.E. was adding cable to continuous miner. While repositioning the cable, it slipped from their grip. While reaching, their right forearm came in contact with an open knife in their other hand. Laceration required stitches. I.E. has not missed any work.

I.E. was hanging continuous miner cable with other miners. As they were holding up the cable, I.E. felt a pop in their right wrist. Doctor's restrictions took the I.E. off work on 9-7-2023.

As they were taking their steels out of the roof, a section fell catching their right pinky finger between the bottom of the steel and the bolt wrench. IE had the finger looked at the next day and found a small fracture in the end of the finger. IE has not missed any work. *IE was taken off work for surgery on 5/31/23.
I.E. was bolting a crosscut right. Foreign material got in behind the I.E.'s glasses going into their left eye. Material had to be removed by a doctor and eyedrops were prescribed. I.E. has not missed any days of work.
I.E. was working on a new belt drive installation. They were attempting to climb over the belt when they felt a pull in their right elbow. I.E. continued to work until 12-9-2022 when they decided they were unable to work due to the injury.

While changing tire on battery end of a coal hauler, I.E. was rocking the tire on the hub to align it. As they were rocking the tire, they felt a sharp burning pain in their right shoulder. I.E. has continued to work until doctors restrictions took them off 7-1-2022.
I.E. hung a bundle of screen wire on one end from the roof with a chain to load onto the roofbolter. They attempted to get a section of the chain out of the way from getting caught on the roofbolter, when the end of the bundle broke free of the screen wire it was hanging from and struck the I.E. on the right leg. Doctors restrictions have had them off starting 5-16-2022.
I.E. was extending the boom out on a service truck crane. As they were manually pulling out the boom, it slid all the way out of the frame. The top section of the boom fell and struck the I.E. on the right shoulder and arm. Doctor's restrictions have taken them off work.

I.E. was getting into a battery scoop to move it out of the haulage route. When they went to set the breaker up from inside the cab they felt a sharp pain in their left shoulder and arm. I.E. has not missed work. Reporting due to I.E. receiving a pain injection shot on 3-8-2022.
I.E. was lifting a sheet of screenwire over the canopy of a roofbolter to put on the ATRS. As they were lifting they felt a sharp pain run down their left shoulder. I.E. continued to work until doctor's restrictions took them off on 01-25-2022
I.E. was riding in a mantrip out of the mine. They were putting on a sweatshirt and neck gaiter while in the mantrip. As they were putting on the clothing they received a piece a rust into their right eye. Reporting due to I.E. being prescribed eyedrops. Employee has not missed work due to the injury.
I.E. was standing on a berm reaching down to pick up miner cable. As they reached down to pull cable out of haulage route, they felt a pop in their shoulder. I.E. continued to work until a doctor elected to do surgery on 6-22-2023 taking them off work.

As the I.E. lifted a handful of bolts to place on the roof bolter they felt a pop in their right shoulder along with a burning sensation. Upon further investigation the I.E. has a tear in their rotator cuff and is currently off work.

I.E. was replacing a piece of metal on a catwalk. After cutting the piece of metal and attempting to lift it up, they felt pain in their left pictorial and shoulder. I.E. has continued to work until being taken off for surgery on 11-04-2021.
I.E. and other miners were trying to set a set of overcast stairs in place. When they lifted the stairs using machinery, wire rope, and shive wheel, the welds where they had the stairs hooked to the rope broke. This caused the stairs to fall and strike the I.E.'s left foot causing fractures in their toes.

As the I.E. picked up the roller frame they felt and heard a pop in their right upper arm area. Doctor restrictions removed the I.E. from work on 3-12-2021.
