EE WAS DECENDING ROCK TRACK AFTER HIS SHIFT WHEN THE LADDER FOLDED BACK UNDERNEATH TRUCK CAUSING EE TO FALL CAUSING A POSSIBLE HIP INJURY. THE WEATHER WAS WET AND MUDDY. EE DID NOT GO TO MEDIC AL FACILITY AT THE TIME AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MEDICAL TREATMENT ON SCENE. PT TOLD HOSPITAL HE HAD MUD ON HIS SHOE CAUSING HIM TO FALL.
