INJURED WAS WORKING WITH H. FLETCHER, THEY WERE SETTING A TIMBER AND MCCOY BENT OVER TO PICK UP AN AX AND FLETCHER MOVED THE TIMBER LETTING IT SCRAPE ACROSS THE ROOF, (SHALE) AND IT KNOCKED DO WN A SMALL PIECE OF ROOF ROCK (2"X8"X12") THAT FELL AND HIT MCCOY IN THE BEND OF THE BACK.
