EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A TOP COVER PLATE FOR A BIN AT THE BOTTOM OF A GLORY HOLE. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LEFT ARM & SHOULDER BUT CONTINUED TO WORKUNTIL 9/27 WHEN THE PAIN BECAME WORSE & HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT. DID NOT MIIS WORK UNTIL 10/2/00.
