EE STATED WHILE DOING HIS PRE-OPERATIONAL CHECK OF 220-16G ROADGRADER. EE WAS CHECKING THE ENGINE OIL BY REMOVING THE DIP-STICK HE BECAME UNSTEADY ON THE DRIVE TIES AND GRABBED THE HAND RAIL. HE STATED HE SPRAINED HIS RIGHT ARM AROUND THE ELBOW AREA. ALSO STATED HE HAD BACK PAIN. EE NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT ON MONDAY 10-21-02 HE HAD WENT TO HOSPITAL ON 10/21/02 DUE TO INJURY ON 10/07/02
