EE WAS HELPING CHANGE A 40 HP ELECTRIC MOTOR IN PREP PLANT. THE MOTOR WAS ON A TOW-WHEEL DOLLY. MOTOR STARTED TO FALL OFF DOLLY. EE GRABBED IT TO STABILIZE IT AND STRAINED LOWER BACK.

EE WAS CHECKING COAL CHUTE RAISED DOOR ISPECTION PLATE AND METAL DOOR FELL ON LEFT ARM. HE SAID THE DOOR SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND, EE WORKED TIL 7-14-00 AND SAID HIS ARM WAS SORE WENT TO DR. SA ID IT HAD GOT INFECTED. SCRATCH GOT INFECTED HADTO BE TREATED FOR INFECTION.
