EE was starting to make repairs in a section of cable when his utility knife slipped from the cable jacket material of the cable. The knife blade came in contact with his left thumb causing a small laceration between his thumb nail and first knuckle.

While installing a personal identification tag on a miners utility belt, the instrument being used to puncture the belt material penetrated the belt material at a much quicker rate than anticipated. The cutting device being utilized came in contact with the left middle finger causing a small laceration.
