EE was scaling rib, when bar slipped, causing hand to strike guard for lights on basket. This resulted in a laceration, requiring stitches.
EE was resting hand on end of a sledge hammer handle while someone else drove in a spike. EE leaned forward to look at tie plate, moving his hand in the path of the sledge hammer. EE's hand was caught between the swinging hammer and the handle it was holding. No broken bones.
Employee was removing a rock jam from the crusher chute. The ground bar being used slipped and the employees arm struck the edge of the opening.
