EE was cleaning the mud off of a conveyor roller. He was using a hand help scraper to do so. His scraper came n contact with the convery belt and the handle of the scraper struck him in his left knee. He did go to the doctor and was placed on light duty.

EE was using a utility knife to cut the locks on a plastic nordbak bucket. While cutting the locks, whe slipped with the knife and cut her right ghigh. She did go to the doctor and received 4 stitches. There were no work restrictions, so she id return to full work duties. She had the stitches removed on 10/15/08.
