Employee was cutting a Kubota tire on a bench and was standing on the right side of the tire. He received a laceration on his upper left abdomen. The laceration was 3/4 inches long. The wound was superficial. As he was leaving the mine site, he had noticed the wound had started bleeding again. The wound had started to bleed more indicating a possible arterial cut.
