EE was making splice in S/C cable. Knife slipped cutting EE on the back of the right thumb. EE received seven stitches.

EE was changing hose on scoop using a bar to pry on the hose. EE felt top of shoulder pop. This accident was not reportable until EE started missing work on 07/20/2015.
