Mechanic needed to cut the sample tubing to the right length, in the process of cutting the tubing the knife slipped, cutting the mechanics left ring finger. The mechanic was seen at Campbell County Health ER where they administered 10 stitches to EE's left ring finger. A work as tolerated release was given, the mechanic has not missed any scheduled shifts.

Employee was removing a pin from a hydraulic cylinder with a hammer, felt a pop in shoulder and experienced some pain. Was evaluated at CCH and received a work as tolerated release. An MRI determined a torn rotator cuff. Surgery was performed on 01/21/2021 which is the first scheduled shift the employee has missed.
